AI consulting

AI consulting that ends in a decision, not a slide deck

We look at one recurring task in your company, test it with your real cases and tell you in writing whether automating it pays off. If it does, we build it inside your existing software. If it does not, you get the fee back.

30 minutes by video, no obligation, German or English. Bring one task that costs your team time every week. Clicking loads Cal.com (USA); the call runs on Google Meet. Prefer to write first? Ask by email. We send the draft data processing agreement and our terms on request.

In short

AI consulting with a result you can check: a written recommendation for one workflow, and a working prototype where it makes sense. The intro call is free. The trial run starts at €2,500 excluding VAT, is credited in full against the implementation, and is refunded if we advise against automating. We work inside the software you already use. Models run in EU regions (typically AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI) or on your own servers. The written proposal and terms govern scope, credit and any refund.Last updated:

“We run a fully digital tax firm, so the inbox is where the work arrives. The audit showed us which two automation ideas to drop and which one to build first: sorting incoming client mail.”

What you get

Consulting with a result you can check

Many AI workshops end with a list of ideas. The trial run ends with one assessed workflow: what the AI does, where your team approves, what it costs to build and run, and what remains manual.

One task, assessed properly

We start with the task that costs the most time or causes the most errors, not with a general AI strategy. A good first workflow is frequent, rule-based and checkable.

  • Your software, not a new system

The assessment covers your mailbox, CRM, accounting and industry software. Where a vendor already offers the function, we tell you and use it.

  • A written recommendation

Effort, fixed fee for the implementation, monthly care, risks and open points. Clear enough to show to a partner or a works council.

  • A prototype where it helps

For tasks where the result is hard to judge on paper, we build a working prototype with your test cases before you commit.

  • Model and data choices

We recommend where the AI runs: EU regions with AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI, or local models on your own servers, with the trade-offs in quality, cost and operation.

  • An honest no

If automation is not worth it, we say so in writing and refund the trial fee. That is part of the terms, not a gesture.

Data protection and AI Act

Built for companies with rules

Consulting on real cases means handling real data. The data processing agreement is in place before we touch any of it.

Data processing agreement first
The DPA is sent with the proposal and signed before any data access. You can request the draft with the technical measures and the subprocessor list without a call.
EU processing or your servers
In typical EU deployments we use the models through AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI in EU regions. Local operation on your own hardware is possible where the matter requires it.
No training on your data
Model providers are configured and contractually bound so that your data is not used to train AI models.
AI Act and AI literacy
We document what the system does and train your team as part of the project, which supports the AI literacy obligation under Article 4 of the AI Act.

How it starts

Three steps, prices in the open

  1. Intro call

    Free

30 minutes by video. You describe the task; we tell you whether it is a good candidate and what the trial run would test.

  2. Trial run (audit or prototype)

from €2,500 · credited against implementation; refunded if we advise against automation

We test the workflow with your real cases and deliver a written recommendation. The written proposal and terms govern scope, credit and any refund.

  3. Implementation and care

One workflow about €3,000 to €5,000 · care from €250 per month per workflow

Fixed fee in your proposal before work starts. One workflow is usually live in two to four weeks. Care is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

The implementation of one contained workflow costs about €3,000 to €5,000. Projects with several processes and systems cost more, and the fixed fee is in your proposal before work starts. Ongoing care starts at €250 per month per workflow. 30 min · remote · no obligation. And if AI isn't the right tool, we'll say so.

Questions about AI consulting

01What is the difference between AI consulting and a workshop?

A workshop collects ideas. The trial run assesses one workflow with your real cases and ends with a written recommendation, a fixed-fee offer for the implementation and, where useful, a prototype.

02Which tasks are good candidates?

Frequent, rule-based work with a checkable result: sorting and answering emails, capturing documents, answering the phone, finding internal information, preparing reports. One-off creative work rarely pays off.

03Do we need new software?

Usually not. We build on your mailbox, CRM and industry software. If your software already offers the function, we tell you and use it.

04What if you advise against automating?

Then you receive the reasons in writing and we refund the trial fee. That is part of the terms.

05Can we check our software before booking?

Yes. Send the name and version of your software and what it should do. You get a written assessment of whether the connection works, usually within one working day.

06Do you also train our team?

Training is part of every implementation: your team learns how the workflow behaves, where it approves and what to do when something looks wrong. The implementation of one contained workflow costs about €3,000 to €5,000. Projects with several processes and systems cost more, and the fixed fee is in your proposal before work starts. Ongoing care starts at €250 per month per workflow. Read the article with the cost examples. Calculate with your own numbers.
