AI agency for Switzerland

AI agency for SMEs in Switzerland

Switzerland is not a smaller Germany: different software, Swiss German on the phone, its own data-protection law. We offer companies in Switzerland remote automation of their office work and assess those three points before anything is built.

What we automate

AI automation that fits how Swiss companies work

Calls, emails, documents and internal questions are the same in every industry. The software, the language on the phone and the legal framework are Swiss, and each needs its own check.

Enquiries, phone and inbox

New emails sorted with draft replies, an AI phone assistant that takes calls and books appointments, enquiries entered in your CRM. Your team approves what goes out.

  • Swiss German on the phone

A supplier's Swiss German claim is a starting point for testing, not proof across every dialect and phone line. For a phone assistant we build an acceptance set from your own callers: dialects, names, addresses and language switches.

  • Swiss spelling in every text

Drafts for customers use the terms and spelling your customers expect: ss instead of ß, Swiss terms for forms and offices, CHF amounts in the Swiss format.

  • Your software, not ours

Your CRM, your industry software, your accounting system such as bexio or Abacus: we inspect your actual environment and what it already automates. Whether an interface or an export fits, we check in the project. We do not promise a finished integration, and an Austrian example is not evidence of Swiss deployment experience.

  • QR invoices: count completed transactions

bexio describes automatic reading of QR invoices in its feature overview. A stored file is not a fully reviewed supplier invoice, so we measure completed business transactions rather than uploaded PDFs, and test with your documents and your subscription.

Law and data protection

Swiss data-protection law, not a GDPR checklist

The revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, in German nDSG, in force since 1 September 2023) applies to AI-supported processing of personal data; the federal authority (FDPIC) states this explicitly. A GDPR checklist does not provide a complete Swiss assessment, so the two are reviewed separately.

Responsibility stays with you
According to the FDPIC, responsibility for data protection remains with the company that outsources processing. We document instructions, subprocessors, processing locations and access so you can meet it.
Where the data is processed
Client data is processed on EU infrastructure by default; on-premise hosting is available where required. Disclosure across the border is assessed for the specific workflow. A Swiss data centre alone does not answer the question either.
When the GDPR applies as well
A Swiss company may also be subject to the GDPR when it offers goods or services to people in the EU or monitors their behaviour there. RovAI's own obligations as an Austrian processor are assessed separately.
Contract partner
Your contract is with RovAI GmbH, registered in the Austrian company register under FN 666983 h. A data processing agreement is part of every engagement.

How we work together

Three steps, all of them remote

  1. Intro call

    Free

30 minutes by video on where your team loses time and which software you use. If AI is not the right tool, we say so.

  2. Trial run

from €2,500 · credited in full if you proceed

We test one workflow with your data and your software, including whether your systems can be connected. If we advise against automating in writing, we refund the fee.

  3. Implementation

Fixed fee per proposal · care from €250 per month, cancellable monthly

The workflow is built for your setup and your team is trained on it. Monthly care covers monitoring and adjustments.

The implementation of one contained workflow costs about €3,000 to €5,000. Projects with several processes and systems cost more, and the fixed fee is in your proposal before work starts. Ongoing care starts at €250 per month per workflow. 30 min · remote · no obligation. And if AI isn't the right tool, we'll say so.

Fair questions

Questions about working with us

01Do you have an office in Switzerland?

No. RovAI GmbH is based in Oberwaltersdorf in Lower Austria, about 30 km south of Vienna. We offer companies in Switzerland remote delivery, in German or English.

02Does the phone assistant understand Swiss German?

That has to be tested with your callers. We have not published a measured recognition rate. The guide on Swiss German calls describes how to build an acceptance set from dialects, names, addresses and language switches.

03Which software do you connect to?

The software you already use: email, calendar, CRM, industry software or accounting systems such as bexio or Abacus. We check the connection in the project. It depends on your subscription, your version and what the software already automates. You know before you commission the implementation.

04Is there funding for this in Switzerland?

The Innosuisse innovation cheque supports a preliminary study with a Swiss research partner, not routine implementation. The dated funding overview lists the conditions. Do not budget an unconfirmed grant into the project.

05Do you invoice in Swiss francs, and what about VAT?

Prices and invoices are in euros, and the invoice comes from an Austrian company. For services bought from a company abroad, the Swiss acquisition tax (Bezugsteuer, Art. 45 MWSTG) can apply to the recipient. Check with the ESTV rules how it applies to your firm.

06What does it cost?

The intro call is free. The trial run starts at €2,500 and is credited in full if you proceed; if we advise against automating in writing, we refund it. Implementation is a fixed fee per proposal, monthly care can be cancelled. Prices are quoted in euros. The implementation of one contained workflow costs about €3,000 to €5,000. Projects with several processes and systems cost more, and the fixed fee is in your proposal before work starts. Ongoing care starts at €250 per month per workflow.
