What you get
- A call about the task that takes the most time.
- An honest assessment of whether AI fits it.
No commitment. If AI is not the right tool, we say so in the call.
02 · days, not months
Trial run
from €2,500 · credited against implementation; refunded if we advise against automation in writing after the trial run
What you get
- A test of the workflow on your real data, with a prototype if useful.
- A time comparison that counts your team's review and rework.
- A written recommendation: implement, remove obstacles first, or do not automate.
Fixed fee as quoted. Credited in full against an implementation. If the written recommendation advises against automating, we refund it in full. If you decide against it for other reasons, it remains payable.

Deployment
Fixed fee · one workflow about €3,000 to €5,000
What you get
- Building the automation and connecting your systems.
- Thorough testing and, by default, a sign-off by your team for messages to customers and actions on client data.
- A walkthrough for your team and documentation.
Fixed fee as quoted, typically 2 to 4 weeks per workflow. If an accepted stage does not meet the acceptance criteria in the proposal, we fix it at no additional fee.

Support
From €250 per month per workflow · cancel anytime
What you get
- Running the automation.
- Fixing errors.
- Adapting it when your processes change. Or we hand it over to your team.
Billed monthly; either side can cancel at the end of any calendar month without notice.
Fixes and refunds
Our promise: your proposal states what the result must do. If it falls short, we fix it at no charge. And if we advise against automating in writing after the trial run, you get the trial fee back.
What is quoted separately
- Software and hosting: listed separately in the proposal.
- Further workflows and interfaces outside the agreed scope: their own scope and price. Interfaces within the agreed scope are covered by the fixed fee.
- Funding: our prices do not assume a grant.

Pricing questions
The effort depends on the workflow and your systems. One contained workflow costs about €3,000 to €5,000. The proposal states the fixed fee for your project before work starts.
If the trial run's written recommendation advises against automating, we refund the trial fee in full.
No. The trial run is the entry point. Implementation, care, software and hosting are quoted separately.
No. We can also hand the automation over to your team. Care you book can be cancelled at the end of any calendar month.
