Savings calculator
What would automating one process save you?
Enter how often a task comes up and how long it takes today. The calculator applies the same formula we use in every trial-run report and shows hours, euros and payback from your own numbers.

In short
The calculator applies the same formula we use in every trial-run report and shows hours, euros and payback from your own numbers. An estimate from your inputs, not a promise. Freed time is capacity, not automatically cash saved.
How the calculator counts
- Hours saved per month(minutes per case before − minutes per case after) × cases per month ÷ 60.
- (6 − 2) × 400 ÷ 60
- 26.7
- Monthly valuehours saved per month × your hourly cost, minus monthly running costs.
- 26.7 × €35 − €300
- €633
- First-year resultmonthly value × 12, minus one-off costs.
- €633 × 12 − €2,500
- €5,100
- Paybackone-off costs ÷ monthly value.
- €2,500 ÷ €633
- 3.9 months
What the calculator cannot know
- How many minutes remain per case after automation. That is the number a trial run measures with your data, over real cases.
- How often a person will change or reject a draft. Cases done again from scratch count as manual.
- Your team's one-off effort during setup, which we report separately.
- Whether the freed hours turn into money. That depends on what your team does with them.
