AI agency for SMEs in Austria

What we automate
AI automation that fits how Austrian companies work
The processes are the same in every industry: calls, emails, documents, internal questions. The details are not. Software, legal framework and funding landscape in Austria differ from Germany, and the solution has to reflect that.
Enquiries, phone and inbox
New emails sorted with draft replies, an AI phone assistant that takes calls and books appointments, enquiries entered in your CRM. Your team approves what goes out.
Austrian German in every text
Drafts for customers use the terms your customers expect: Jänner instead of Januar, UID instead of USt-IdNr., the forms of address common in Austria.
Documents and e-invoices
Invoices and forms are read and checked against your rules, including structured e-invoices such as ebInterface. Uncertain fields go to your team.
Your software, not ours
Your CRM, your industry software, your accounting system such as BMD or RZL: whether and how we connect to your version, through export or interface, we check in the project. We do not promise a finished integration.
Choose a provider with a testable scope
Ask what existing software can already do, which one workflow will be delivered, how exceptions are handled and who operates it afterwards. A local address is useful for collaboration, but does not replace technical evidence.
Law and data protection
GDPR, Austrian DSG and the EU AI Act
In Austria, the GDPR applies together with the national Data Protection Act (DSG), and the Austrian Data Protection Authority is responsible for complaints. Our setup takes both into account from the start.
- Data processing agreement
- Before we touch real data, we sign a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. You get a written overview of where each processing step runs.
- Documented data processing
- We agree the data route, provider roles, access and retention before using production data. Hosting and contractual requirements are assessed for the specific workflow; location alone is not a compliance guarantee.
- Clear AI interactions
- For customer-facing assistants, we agree and test the disclosure and handover behaviour. The current AI Act guide explains the role and context questions to review.
- Austrian contract partner
- Your contract is with RovAI GmbH, registered in the Austrian company register under FN 666983 h and based in Lower Austria.

We build, train your team and go live. Monthly care covers monitoring and adjustments and can be cancelled.

Fair questions
What Austrian SMEs ask us
01Can we use KMU.DIGITAL funding?
The official KMU.DIGITAL notice says its budget is exhausted and the programme will not continue from 2027. Use the dated funding guide to check alternatives; do not include an unconfirmed grant in the project budget.
02Which software do you connect to?
The software you already use: email, calendar, CRM, industry software or accounting systems such as BMD or RZL. We check the connection in the project. Depending on your version and setup, an export or an interface may be possible. You will know before you commit to the implementation.
03Which industries do you work for?
We have no single industry focus. Enquiries, calls, documents and internal questions exist in every office. Our industry pages show examples, for instance for trades, property management or medical practices.
04Where are you based?
RovAI GmbH is based in Oberwaltersdorf in Lower Austria. We work with companies across Austria, mostly remotely, and meet in person by arrangement.
