Roles
We fill these roles as soon as projects need them. Your application is therefore an expression of interest, not an application for a currently open position. If you agree, we add you to our applicant pool and contact you when a fitting role opens.

AI automation engineer
Full-time, part-time or freelance · remote in the EU or near Vienna · German or English
What you do
- Build n8n workflows and TypeScript or Python jobs that connect inboxes, documents, CRMs and phone systems to language models.
- Add sign-off steps, tests and monitoring, so a system runs in the client's daily business and not only in a demo.
- Document the handover and train the client's team.
What you bring
- At least two years of shipping software or automations that run in production.
- Confidence with APIs, webhooks and n8n, Make, TypeScript or Python.
- Hands-on work with model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI) and care with client data.
A plus: voice agents, Docker and self-hosting, BMD, DATEV or Microsoft 365.

AI project lead and consultant
Part-time or freelance · Vienna area with on-site meetings · German at C1 level and English
What you do
- Run intro calls and trial runs with SMEs: map the process, measure volume and time, and estimate the value honestly.
- Write the trial run's recommendation and set the scope of an implementation.
- Steer the project with the client's team through go-live and train their staff.
What you bring
- Experience in consulting, operations or project management, ideally with small and mid-sized businesses.
- The ability to explain what AI can and cannot do without jargon.
- Clear, structured writing in German.

Working student or intern, AI automation
15 to 25 hours a week · hybrid near Vienna · studying computer science, business informatics or similar
What you do
- Build demos with test data and test workflows.
- Research tools and models and prepare them for the weekly AI briefing.
- Write documentation for client projects.
What you bring
- First experience with programming or no-code tools.
- Curiosity about language models and a small project of your own you can show.
- Good German or English.
How we work
- One process at a time: we build systems that go live at the client.
- Every system that sends anything to a customer or acts on client data has a human sign-off step by default.
- Short lines: you work directly with the founder and directly with clients.
- Client data is processed on EU infrastructure by default, or on the client's own servers where required.
