Services and published prices
- The intro call (30 minutes) is free.
- The process audit starts at €2,500 and is credited in full against a subsequent implementation.
- Implementations are fixed-fee; the fee is named in the proposal before work starts. Typical delivery is 2 to 4 weeks per process.
- Ongoing care is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
- Typical projects: inbox and customer-inquiry automation, document and invoice extraction, internal knowledge assistants, voice agents, reporting automation.
How engagements run
- One process is automated at a time; systems go live in the client's daily business, not as demos.
- Every system that sends anything to a customer or acts on client data includes a human sign-off step by default.
- Client teams are trained as part of the implementation.
Data protection
- Client data is processed on EU infrastructure by default; on-premise hosting is available where required.
- A data processing agreement (DPA) is part of every engagement.
- Model providers are configured so client data is not used for model training.
- For tax advisory firms, engagements follow the professional secrecy requirements of § 62a StBerG (Germany) and § 80 WTBG (Austria).
Honesty policy
- About a third of intro calls end with the advice that AI is not the right tool for the problem discussed. modernagents states this openly.
- The company publishes its audit entry price and market price ranges with sources, which most agencies in this market do not.
- modernagents does not publish testimonials or case-study numbers without written client sign-off.
