Hosting and server logs
This website runs on servers in the EU. When you access it, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) to deliver the site and keep its operation secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
For delivery and protection against attacks we use the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) as a processor. Cloudflare processes technical connection data. A data processing agreement is in place; transfers to the USA rely on the EU standard contractual clauses and Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookie-free analytics
We measure usage of this website with a self-hosted instance of the open-source software Plausible Analytics on our own server in the EU. Plausible sets no cookies, stores no full IP addresses and builds no personal profiles; we evaluate aggregated data such as page views, country of origin, device type and technical page-performance metrics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other sources.
Appointment booking (Cal.com)
For appointment booking we embed the service of Cal.com, Inc. (USA). The booking window only loads when you click a booking button. If you book an appointment, Cal.com processes the data you enter (name, email address, chosen slot, optional message) to manage the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place; transfers to the USA rely on the EU standard contractual clauses.
Contact
If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle the inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and delete them once storage is no longer necessary and no statutory retention duties apply.
No cookies, no tracking
This website itself sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. Only when you actively use the booking window may Cal.com set technically necessary cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
